If there's a charge in your account that you don't recognize, it might be one of the following:
Extra time fees
Every ride pass or membership covers the first 30 minutes of each ride. If you keep a bike out for longer than 30 minutes at a time, there is an extra usage fee of $3 per additional 30 minutes. Members are billed usage fees at the start of each calendar month and are notified via email if any fees were incurred.
Lost bike charge
A bike that has been out for more than 24 consecutive hours is considered lost or stolen. The renter is responsible for returning the bike to the system and locking it correctly. You may be charged a $1,200 (plus tax) fee to replace a bike that has been lost or stolen.
Avoid lost bike fees by always ensuring your bike has been properly locked.
