If you’ve found a damaged or broken bike, please try to return the bike to the nearest station and press the repair button with a wrench symbol on the dock. This will turn the light on the dock red so no one else can use the bike before our technicians can fix it.
If you’ve come across a case of vandalism on any CoGo station, kiosk, or bike, please fill out this form and provide details of what you found and where (include any pictures of the vandalism if possible). One of our technicians will be notified and deal with the issue shortly. Thank you!
