When you signed up for a new Annual Membership, you were automatically enrolled in auto-renew to make sure there were no interruptions in your service. If you would like to turn off auto-renew, just follow these steps:
To turn auto-renew off or on in the account settings:
Log in to your account
Look for "Current Membership Plan" and click “change"
Click "Switch to Manual Renewal Renew"
Corporate memberships, follow the steps above. If you are still having trouble, please contact your HR department for renewal information.
